4) Outside Before Inside (O4I) and Inside Before Outside (I4O)
a) O4I
These characters are enclosed on two or three sides. The frames that surround them look like number 7 or Inverse-7 or English letters L or n.
b) I4O
These characters are enclosed on two or three sides. The frames that surround them look like English letters L or U. They are written in the opposite sequence of those in the previous rule.
